LSPs have a greater percentage of staff currently using AI than clients. Organizations headquartered in
Asia report a smaller percentage of staff using AI in their jobs, and those in South America see higher
percentages than other regions.
The client-side is looking at having proportionally more staff replaced by AI. However, the number of
people overall who responded to the replacement part of question #26 was much lower (just under half),
so it can be difficult to make any definitive judgements.
The client-side is far more likely to have an AI implementation policy, and more than double the chance
of having an AI-related tech support contact. LSPs were likelier than clients to hire an AI consultant for
implementation. South America is focusing a lot on training, and the Americas overall are more likely than
other regions to have dedicated points of contact for AI tech support.
