We prioritize transparency, accountability, and fairness in all AI applications, actively seeking
to mitigate biases and protect data privacy. Additionally, we engage in ongoing dialogue with
stakeholders and experts to adapt our practices to emerging ethical standards and societal
expectations, ensuring our AI technologies are used responsibly and for the benefit of all.

We work with our suppliers to ensure they work with AI ethically and we conduct our own research
With regards to privacy, we take that very seriously and vet everything from scrubbed training data
through to end result testing.

We are very mindful of confidentiality and privacy, and the consequences of using AI wrong. We
haven’t addressed ethical considerations beyond casual conversation.
We plan to meet and discuss issues of privacy and surveillance, bias, and transparency before
deploying AI solutions.
